One version of the Ignatian Spiritual Exercises (the 19th Annotation) allows individuals who do not wish to make the traditional 30-day retreat to receive the full benefit of this wonderful experience. 


Spiritual accompaniment is provided by phone or through Zoom, so the process can unfold in the context of everyday life.
